Ingredient's
2 Eggs
175 gr sugar
4 tablespoons tahini
200 gr Yogurt
100 ml sunflower oil
200 gr flour
1 Baking Powder
1 Vanillin
For the top
3 Tablespoons of tahini
2 Tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Beat
the sugar and eggs together in a large bowl
- Add
oil and yogurt
- In a different bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and vanilla together
- Bring
two mixture together and add 4 tablespoon tahini
- Pour
the mixture into a baking dish
- Pour 3 tablespoon tahini on the top of the cake into circle shapes
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoon sugar and bake the cake into preheated owen
180 °C for 25-30 minutes.

- Your cake will be ready when it turns to light brown and a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.

Replacing the sugar with Xylitol in equal proportion worked quite well.
